McMahon, McMahon & Lentz - PA DUI Attorney A.R.D. Program
ACCELERATED REHABILITATIVE DISPOSITION
The Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program known as ARD is a trial diversionary
program which gives a first offense DUI offender the opportunity to avoid jail time,
and a criminal conviction, as well as greatly reducing the length of any license
suspension.
The Program is administered by the District Attorney's Office which exercises sole
discretion in the decision to admit an applicant into the Program.
Erin C. Lentz, Esquire, a former Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney, reviewed
hundreds of ARD applications, recommended acceptances and denials into the Program,
and has extensive experience in the nuances in gaining acceptance into the ARD Program.
She will vigorously advocate why you should be admitted into this Program to ensure
the safety of your most prized possessions: your freedom and clean record.
