Unfounded false
allegations of Rape and/or Sexual Assault have become more
commonplace in recent years. Any kind of sexual assault charge
is a very serious offense generally exposing the accused to
substantial incarceration exposure and potential “sexual
offender” reporting requirements under “Megan’s
Law”. Many times there is no physical or forensic evidence
supporting the allegations, only the statement of the complainant.
